Independence Day Celebration 2019

*"I dream of an India that is prosperous, strong and caring. An India, that regains a place of honour in the comity of great nations."* - Atal Bihari Vajpayee
Among fervent chanting of Shlokas, mantras and Vande Mataram to the accompaniment of patriotic songs by the school choir group , Samsara The World Academy commemorated the 73rd Independence Day with great enthusiasm, pride and honour.
The assembly echoed with the spirit of freedom and the sentiment of nationalism was well exhibited by the students through the spectrum of patriotic speeches, songs and dance. They remembered all the great Martyrs who gifted us this freedom at the cost of their lives. They paid tributes to the martyrs of Pulwama attack and pledged "Whether we remain or not...The nation and the nationalism should prevail."
Our Principal, Captain Praveen Roy urged the students and everyone in the audience not to take freedom for granted and said that we all have to honour our nation by becoming responsible and upright citizens. We all need to contribute on our part and be committed to the task of nation building, being a law-abiding citizen, protecting our environment and pledge to serve our motherland through spreading education and serving the community.
