Adolescence is both an exhilarating and daunting time for the youth and tremendous changes occur during this time. While it is a precarious time, conversations about the changes that occur during this time do not necessarily have to be uncomfortable for children, parents, and teachers. Keeping this in mind, Samsara- The World Academy conducted a workshop on ‘Puberty Education’ for the young girls of classes VI to IX on 20th December.

It was a live and interactive session led by Ms. Kanika Bharadwaj, who represented P&G. The session allowed the learners to not only satiate their curiosity but also to share their insights in too many important topics like body awareness and positive body image, personal hygiene etc. This workshop aims to foster a safe and supportive environment for girls. By promoting awareness and understanding, we seek to empower girls to embrace this natural phase of life with confidence and resilience.

The programme was a resounding success and ensured that these young learners are now better equipped to navigate the changes and challenges of their age.
