Exams are life skills that are needed to be taken with calm mind.
To relieve the students of approaching board exams, a workshop on 'Exam Stress Management' was conducted by our counsellor Ms Megha Sarin for students of classes X & XII on 26th Nov 2021.
She guided the students to follow a normal schedule and to give due importance to mental and physical health to remain calm.
Further, she said that if the students feel mental stress then they should share their feelings with their near and dear ones.
She also shared some brain racking activities like music, exercise, spot the difference etc. to relieve the exam fear. She also shared some study tips to make students more comfortable in their anxious environment.
At last, she answered all the queries of the students. Our Principal Capt. Praveen Roy emphasised the importance of this workshop and stressed on regular commencement of such workshops for the well-being of students in this challenging environment.
