'Samsarians Spread Love And Happiness Through SEWA ( Social Empowerment Through Work and Action) '

On 2 November, 2018 , under the program SEWA, initiated by CBSE, the students of class X from Samsara-The World Academy along with their teacher incharges Ms Nusrat Fatima and Ms Shivani Dhingra, visited 'Apna School' run by the NGO Vikas Vishranti, a Charitable trust.
The motive behind the visit was to give our learners an opportunity to know about the lives of these underprivileged children. They had close interaction with these kids and learned about the struggles and difficulties of the society they come from.
Samsarians donated utility items and eatables to them. They also made them aware of cleanliness and taught them the ways to maintain hygiene and follow a healthy lifestyle.
It helped to develop the social consciousness of the learners through meaningful work. The students not only spread the light of hope and happiness among those children but also brought invaluable smiles on their faces.
This small gesture of kindness and sharing filled them with the gratitude towards this precious gift called life. They returned seeing a more positive side of their own lives. They realized how privileged they are and that they should be thankful to the almighty and hold no grudge towards anything.
This joy of Sharing was the Best Deepawali gift for Samsarians.
