Our Principal Capt. Praveen Roy attended an online training session on ' NEP-2020-Empowering Teachers' conducted by CBSE, COE, Noida on 7th January, 2021. The resource person was Ms. Rajani Singh, Principal, Delhi Public School.
She highlighted all related points regarding empowering teachers as mentioned in NEP 2020.
She said that teachers play the most important role in nation- building by creating high quality human resources in their classrooms. She also threw light on the following points:
-A technology based comprehensive teaching pedagogy.
-Career growth
-Improving service environment through better infrastructure.
-Teacher to have more autonomy in choosing aspects of pedagogy in classroom teaching.
-Academic leadership positions to be made available for teachers.
-Teacher professional development.

The participants had an enriching and informative session which enlightened them to strengthen their knowledge & vision of NEP 2020.
