On 9th of May 2017 a workshop on self defence was organised by Samsara in association with Dr, Divya Gupta founder of the organisation " Jwala along with Ms. Kajal Kapur and Ms. Renu Lngale who taught our girls about self defence techniques Dr. Gupta enlightened our girls about crime against woman, self defence technique, importance of self defence. She made our girls aware of good looks and bad touch. She also demonstrated few of the technique to our girls, emphasising on using presence of mind in difficult situation and not panicking. We are thankful and our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Divya Gupta and her team for this informative workshop.
