Our Chemistry facilitator Ms. Chhavi Sharma attended a CBSE workshop on "Experiential learning in Practice' organized by COE, Noida on 2nd June 2021. The resource person  Ms. Kanika Vig highlighted the meaning of Experiential Learning,the stages of its cycle and possible methods & keys to be used in Experiential Learning. She  presented few interesting examples which are worthful in the present scenario.
The workshop made the learners identify their own potential, push skills to the limit, understand the behaviour that comes naturally to them when working with various constraints as well as to identify weaknesses and thereby work on them. Thus, it was a wonderful  session which would help to enhance one's ability to direct his/ her own learning
