On the occasion of "Saraswati Puja", students of the cookery club prepared the 'Prasadam' to be served post puja. They prepared traditional Bengali rice-lentil pudding, "Khichuri".
The ingredients were nutritive and palette friendly. Students prepared the dish under the direct supervision of the teachers. Sanctity of the occasion was kept in mind during the preparation. The simple delicacy was relished by all.
