Yoga for Boosting Immunity

Yoga and meditation play very important role in developing immunity and stamina. To motivate our children towards healthy lifestyle some yogasanas were taught to them via online classes.
Students of Middle wing engaged themselves in healthy activity by performing various
immunity booster yogasanas like -
1. Trikon asana,
2. Bhujang asana,
3. Vriksh asana,
4. Tadasana.
