On 15 August, 2018, Samsara The World Academy, celebrated the auspicious 72nd Independence Day with great aplomb and show.
The benevolent presence of the Chief Guest, Mr Bal Mukund Prasad, Basic Sikhsha Adhikari, Gautam Buddha Nagar and the honourable Managing Director, Mr Vikram Jeet Singh Shastri, added to the galore and vigour of the celebration.
The flag hoisting ceremony was followed by the Scholars Badge Award Ceremony for the session 2017-18.
The Chief Guest, gave away the certificate and awards to the Academic Toppers of the session 2017-18 from the classes 1 to 12 amidst the thunderous applause of the audience.
The honourable Managing Director, felicitated the winners in different categories and congratulated the recepients for their excellence in Co-Scholastic Activities.
Every year, Samsara awards, " Mrs. Kusum Shastri Exemplary Improvement Award", a Cash Prize, to the Scholars who have shown remarkable improvement in their overall academics and personality.
This year three children received the prizes.
The Chief Guest congratulated the team Samsara for putting up such an excellent show and asked everyone present there to visualise the real value of Freedom, which lies not in demanding one's own right but in protecting the rights of fellow citizens. We must see that everyone around us is presented with equal opportunities and provided with the comfortable space to stand and excel in life.
The Managing Director showered his blessings and applauded the team Samsara for their wonderful cultural program. He especially appreciated the young team of student Anchors, Ansh Goyal, Khushi Chaudhary and Anmol Kumar Dhimaan, who presented the Vote of Thanks, for their confidence, grace and charisma on the stage.
