'Special Assembly Durga Puja '

Durga Puja is one of the religious festivals of India which is celebrated throughout the country with great zeal and fervour. Goddess Durga is worshiped as the epitome of power, strength, feminity and grace.
Samsara-The World Academy was immersed in the divine blessings of Goddess Durga when the students of classes VI A and B presented the Special Assembly on the theme Durga Puja.
The emotions were all raised and stage was all set to bring alive the power and strength of the diety who is worshiped for the span of ten days on the auspicious occasion of NavRatri.
Choir group in the guidance of Ms Sarita Deshmukh praised the Goddess Durga with the prayer and shlokas from Durga Saptshi.
Ranveer Guher compered the entire Assembly where Kaustubh Singh presented the thought for the day, Aarush Agarwal read the news, Ujjwal and Utkarsh presented speech on the importance and significance of Durga Puja celebration in English and Hindi simultaneously.
The girls from class 6 presented a powerpacked dance choreographed by Ms Hemanti Thapa that chilled the spine of all the viewers in the Assembly as if the diety was herself present there in her full attire along with Ganesha and Kartikey.
Shobha Rani Nayak in the attire of Goddess Durga was both mesmerizing and enchanting. Shantanu Chauhan as Kartikey and Ayush Mishra as Ganesha was so adorable. It was indeed a beautiful and blissful assembly.
