Our Facilitator Ms. Pramila Panda, PGT, Physics, attended an online Capacity Building Programme on ‘Digital Learning and Management’ conducted by CBSE, CoE on 6th, November, 2020.The resource person was Mr. Avinash Kulkarni, Vice Principal, Bal Bharati Public School, Navi Mumabi. The objective of the workshop was to introduce about digital learning and management and to discuss the Bloom’s taxonomy of digital learning.

The resource person discussed different types of engagement i.e. behavioral, emotional and cognitive engagement. He also highlighted different modes of online teaching viz. Synchronous and Asynchronous. The Digital learning ecosystem consists of connected users, digital micro content, smart delivery system and analytic engine. The participants got new ideas of digital learning which helped them in enhancing their skills and knowledge.
