On 15th February 2017, the students of Eco club with their facilitator attended the Green School Programme Award Ceremony at  India Habitat Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi. Samsara was one of 40 best shortlisted schools out of around 2500 registered schools with this programme.

This programme emphasises on the measurement of impact of our endeavours regarding environment protection and conservation. Mr. Prakash Javadakar, HRD Minister, was the Chief Guest who made all of us delighted with his views on environmental issues.

Aishwary Aditya Pandey (VIII) and Komal Rawal (VII) presented their model on Smart City which was well appreciated by visitors while Fabiha Afzal participated in sit and draw competition held at the venue.

Our students learnt about many steps which could be taken to save our environment and we are determined to put our steps forward.

We mutually shared the activities conducted in the Eco Club at schools. It was a great learning experience for students as well as facilitators.
