Our librarian Ms. karamjeet attended a webinar on 'Stress and Burnout Management'on 20th June 2020.
The resource person was Dr. Sheenam Goyal, MBBS, MD, Psychiatry in Delhi and working as an International reviewer and author.
She talked about the various causes of stress and burnout and told that burnout is a bone-tiring, heart- tiring kind of exhaustion. She gave crystal clear vision on signs of burnout.
She further explained the methods to get over this Covid-19 situation to be able to live a stress free life.
It was an informative webinar, moreover it was not a reel but a real stress free webinar. |
