Healthy Eating

"Cooking Without Fire" activity was conducted for the students of Pre-primary with a view to create awareness about the nutritional value of food cooked without flame. The aim of the activity was to provide a platform for students to explore new areas of interest.They were also encouraged to eat healthy fruits, vegetables and sprouts in their daily routine which will increase their immunity. Teachers guided the children to make healthy sandwiches and salad. Through this activity the students learnt the spirit of teamwork, culinary skills thus appreciating the hard work that goes into cooking.
