Our English Facilitator Ms. Reema Sharma attended an online workshop on 'Assessment & Adolescence' organised by CBSE, Center of Excellence, Noida on 27th May, 2021.
The resource person was Ms.Deepti Sharma Principal, Pragyan School, Jewar.
She especially highlighted the purpose, functions and different types of Assessment techniques. She also covered the characteristics of adolescence, its problems and how to overcome them.
She elucidated that during adolescence, we can see many changes in the way the child interacts with family, friends and peers. Every chlild’s social and emotional development is different and development is shaped by our child’s unique combination of genes, brain development, environment, experiences with family and friends.
Further she explained about the assessment and evaluation practices of the board in session 2021-22.
The session helped the participants in understanding the spirit of assessment and adolescence.
