Samsara The World Academy organized a two-day Professional Development Workshop on 26th& 27 May, 2025 , aimed at enriching teaching practices.  The sessions were conducted by Ms. Kavita Sharma & Ms. Kavita Nag in collaboration with the Agragati Educational Foundation.
The workshop began with a focus on effective lesson planning, exploring how to structure learning experiences that are goal-oriented, competency-based, and outcome-driven. Teachers were introduced to the key features of the National Curriculum Framework for School Education (NCFSE), gaining insights  into day-to-day classroom teaching.
The second day delved Into the Teachers’ Continuous Professional Development Program, where educators were introduced to the Backward Design Model (ERAC). This framework provided a systematic approach to crafting engaging and impactful lessons. Additionally, the theory of Multiple Intelligences was explored, encouraging teachers to recognize and address the diverse learning needs and strengths of students.
Overall, the workshop proved to be an enriching experience that empowered teachers with practical strategies and renewed enthusiasm to create inclusive, learner-centred, and dynamic classrooms.
