The ability to accurately identify shapes is a foundational Mathematical skill, and it is quite rewarding for children because their world is full of shapes. Understanding shapes enables students to be more in tune with the world around them and see the connections between objects.

Samsara-The World Academy organised a 'Role Play Activity on the topic 'Introduction of Shapes' on 2nd December 2021 for the students of MB to KG.  

The tiny tots enthusiastically spoke and described different shapes by giving many examples from our environment.
This activity allowed them to learn and understand the basic Mathematical concept of 2D and 3D geometrical shapes in a  fun and exciting way.

The main objective of this activity was to let the children explore and identify different shapes in their surroundings and everyday life.
The students actively participated in the activity and were extremely happy with their efforts.
