Orientation Programme for Parents: Understanding the Holistic Progress Card
Samsara The World Academy successfully conducted a Parents Orientation session on Saturday, October 4, 2025, for the parents of Grade I-V students. The programme aimed to familiarize parents with the Holistic Progress Card and the school's comprehensive approach to student development.
A thought-provoking skit presented by Grade V students depicted a parent-teacher scenario, showcasing parental concerns and effective, compassionate solutions offered by teachers.
Preparatory Wing coordinator, Ms. Shikha Yadav delivered an insightful presentation on the Holistic Progress Card, enabling parents to gain a clear and structured understanding of its components.
The Principal, Capt. Praveen Roy, engaged parents in a comprehensive discussion about NEP 2020, NCF and the competencies covered in the progress card. A detailed Q&A session followed, addressing parents' queries and ensuring transparency and clarity in the evaluation process.
The orientation concluded as a highly productive session, strengthening the school-parent partnership and enhancing parental awareness about the holistic approach to student development.
