Samsara The World Academy conducted the Investiture Ceremony of the newly elected Council Members for the session 2019-20 on 4th May 2019.
Honoured by the presence of the Chief Guest, Air Marshal DC Nigam who is decorated with Param Vishist Sewa Medal, Ati Vishist Sewa Medal and Vishist Sewa Medal.
It was indeed a very proud moment for the entire school to witness the March Past led by School Captain Shivani Bhati of class XI B as the spirited contingents marched smartly in a disciplined, and orderly manner.
All the newly elected members took the oath administered by the respected Principal, Captain Praveen Roy. They pledged to carry out the responsibilities assigned to them with utmost sincerity and to be worthy of the trust bestowed upon them with great pride and honour.
The Chief Guest applauded the participants and congratulated the awardees by honouring them with badges. He encouraged the students to be proud of the Indian culture and to be dedicated to their dreams. He quoted 'Vision without action is daydream and action without vision is a nightmare'.
He was very impressed by the female representation in the council, as most of the awardees were young girls.
A new issue of the Annual School Magazine was also launched at this occasion by the honourable Chief Guest himself, amidst a thunderous applause.
