The chief guests apprised the spectators on the importance of quality teachers to meet the growing needs of the country. Prof. CM Sharma-Chairman (NIOS-UP) mourned the falling status of teacher in the society and put the onus on future teachers to earn back the lost respect they commanded in the ancient times.
