In sync with the above ideology, Samsara-The World Academy organised a virtual celebration of Earth Day for primary students on 22 April, 2021.
Children participated with great zeal and enthusiasm. Teachers also encouraged the students to practice little acts like turning off lights, saving paper and water etc. with the hope to bring a big and positive change in the environment. Children were also encouraged to care for nature, plants and their surroundings.
They were made aware of the environment and the various hazard it is facing. They learnt that our Earth is our home, and we must fix it.
