The workshop was organised by CBSE-COE, Noida. The guest speaker was Ms. Ashu John, Principal, St. Mary's Christian School, Sahibabad.
She addressed the participants about the personal health & hygiene of the adolescents and briefed about the diet plan, proper body hygiene, do's & don'ts during this time of lock down and also making them aware about the physical changes they may encounter.
It was an effective and informative session for all the participants. |
