C.B.S.E has taken the initiative with Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Yuwaah - Generation Unlimited India and UNICEF focusing on how the 'Young Warrior Movement' can be rolled out in schools and how the teachers can guide the students for the same.
Our Principal Capt.Praveen Roy and English facilitator Ms.Shipra Garg attended a webinar on 'Role of Teachers Enabling Young Warriors' on 11th June, 2021.
Our resource persons Ms. Dhuwarakha Sriram, Chief of ADAP, Generation Unlimited and Mr. Biswajeet Saha, CIO, Ministry of Education, urged all the school principals and teachers to widen the horizon of student's thought process as well as to encourage them to think critically about the issues related to Covid-19.
They also guided the school leaders to motivate the students to lead the social change and safeguard themselves, their families and communities like promoting vaccination, mental health and well being, myth-busting and Covid appropriate behaviour.
Overall it was an informative session.
