A healthy diet and exercise are great for our body, but we should not neglect our emotional health and well-being. Reducing stress, getting enough sleep, and having fun are all ways to find happiness.

To lead students towards better health and emotional outcomes, while also creating a positive school environment for all, Samsara The World Academy, as a part of the ongoing 'Yoga Mahotsav' had organised a
webinar on 'Emotional Well Being' on 19th June 2021, for the students of classes 9th,10th and 11th. The webinar provided the students a platform in the form of an interactive session with the guest speaker, a leading clinical psychologist, Ms. Megha Sarin, where they were able to put across their questions throughout the webinar and participated with keen interest.

The session was also graced by the presence of our respected Principal Capt. Praveen Roy ma'am which provided motivation to all the students and teachers.

The students took back healthy words from the webinar that will motivate them to perform better in the future.
