CBSE workshop on ‘Life Skills and Enhancing Interpersonal Skills'

Our facilitator Ms. Vandana V Kaushish attended an online session on’ Life Skills and Enhancing Interpersonal Skills' on 20th September, 2020, organised by CBSE.

The resource person, Ms. Arti Chopra, highlighted the 21st century life skills like effective communication (listening and hearing), critical thinking, problem solving, creativity, empathy, setting goals, time management, coping with stress and many more.

Various engaging activities were also conducted to make the session more interesting. Follow-up exercises were also conducted to evaluate life skills and the areas that need improvement.

The session ended with the responses shared by all the participants.
