The students visited Hindon Air Force Station, Ghaziabad on December,24th, 2018. It is the biggest and largest air base in Asia and 8th in the world.
During the visit, students were divided into two groups and respectively taken to Air Traffic Control Tower and the Go-Karting Club.
The students had a novel learning experience, as they were introduced to airplanes and armoury connected with the rich history of the Indian Air Force.
The different planes and helicopters on display included CI-17, large military aircraft and MI-17, the Russian helicopter.
It was a pleasure to see the inquisitiveness of the children and everyone returned to the school with one of the most exciting experiences of their life.
