Our Principal, Capt Praveen Roy attended a webinar on 30th May on the topic "Schools Post-Lockdown".. The panelists talked about the greater need to emotionally connect with students. They also said that a strong communication between schools and parents is needed for better and coordinated response to Post-Lockdown challenges for the school community. Technology based learning will take precedence over conventional methods and it is an opportunity for teachers and schools to embrace technical tools of imparting lessons as February 2020 classroom scenario may not be in sight for a long time.
Mr Mark Beales, Head of School, ASI, Vietnam shared his experience of schools reopening post lockdown at Vietnam from May 2020. He shared good insights like hand gel time before and after every lesson, temperature monitoring of students and staff before entry into school premises etc.
It was a very insightful session as it will help up gear for school reopening and making it a safe zone for students to come back.
