Yoga offers physical and mental relaxation while developing strength and resilience.
Our talented students won several prizes in different categories in the recently concluded 3rd District Yogasana Sports Championship, organized by the District Yoga Sana Sports Association, Gautam Budh Nagar.
In the Boys Sub Junior category, Ayansh Patel (age 5-6) and Ridaansh Tiwari (age 7-8) won Gold Medals. In the Girls Sub Junior category, Ambika Mankotia (age 5-6) secured a Bronze Medal, and Prashree Chandel (age 7-8) won a Gold Medal. In the Boys age group (9-14), Ansh Pawar earned a Silver Medal, and Parth Bhati took home a Bronze Medal. For the Girls age group (9-14), Divisha won a Gold Medal, Shreya Rampal a Silver Medal, and Stuti Tonger a Bronze Medal.
