'Hindi Diwas'

निज भाषा उन्नति अहै, सब उन्नति को मूल
बिन निज भाषा-ज्ञान के, मिटत न हिय को सूल।।
 -Bhartendu Harish Chandra

Hindi Diwas is observed every year on 14th, September to mark the significance of the day and to appreciate the importance of the country’s most widely spoken language.
Hindi was adopted as the official language of India under Article 343 of the Indian Constitution in 1949. To pay tribute and to acknowledge our language,  Samsara- The World Academy celebrated Hindi Diwas on 14th, Sep 2021  with a myriad of activities.

Students of classes 1 to 8 enthusiastically participated in numerous activities like Hindi speech, poem recitation, poster making and slogan writing to sharpen their linguistic skills and to promote their understanding of the Hindi Language.
The thought-provoking and beautiful posters made by the students were appreciated a lot. Through their speech, the students paid reverence to people who have done extraordinary work in promoting Hindi. The students were made aware of the stature and richness of the Hindi dialect.

It was an enriching celebration to commemorate the richness of this beautiful language that is very close to our hearts. This day gives us the message that we should always strive to keep up the precept of our national language Hindi.
