Samsara The World Academy marked National Reading Day with a special celebration aimed at nurturing a lifelong love for reading among students. The day was observed in memory of P.N. Panicker, the father of the Library Movement in India, whose efforts continue to inspire generations of readers.
Students of Classes I to V participated in a special reading activity alongside their parents and grandparents. They enthusiastically read stories, poems, and passages from their favourite books, while family members shared their reading experiences and cherished memories.
The activity fostered meaningful family engagement and highlighted the importance of reading in developing imagination, creativity, vocabulary, and communication skills. The celebration served as a reminder that reading is a powerful tool for learning, growth, and lifelong enrichment.
