Surya Namaskar by Primary Students

Students of Primary Wing performed Surya Namaskar in the their online yoga classes. Our Yoga teacher guided them to stretch in the correct posture. The benefits of this Asana were also explained to the students that by doing it they can improve their metabolism , digestive system, lose weight, boost blood circulation by giving the skin a radiant glow.
