Students of Samsara The World Academy conducted a morning assembly to mark the celebration of National Unity Day on Thursday, 31 October 2019.
The assembly began with regular shloka chanting and prayer followed by a poem and speeches based upon the life and achievements of the Bharat Ratna recipient, the famous Iron Man of India, the first Home Minister and the First Deputy Prime Minister of independent India, fondly called as Sardar Vallabhhai Patel.
He is known for accomplishing the herculean task of uniting 562 princely states under Indian union,
The speech was followed by a quiz competition where the students attentively answered the questions related to his life. Principal Captain Praveen Roy administered the Oath of Unity.It was an informative and educative assembly.
